Open House Chicago is a free festival that runs all through October with live and online events that explore the city’s hidden gems and architectural wonders. The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday and Sunday, October 15 and 16, 2022.
Each year, Open House Chicago invites the public to tour Chicago’s most architecturally significant buildings for free. The event is a partnership between the Chicago Architecture Center and the City of Chicago, and it takes place in October each year.
Open House Chicago is a self-guided walking tour that gives you access to more than 250 buildings across all of Chicago’s neighborhoods. Each site offers architecture tours, lectures, family activities, and demonstrations.
