Yesterday I was out with buyer clients. They are ready to go, nothing to sell, don’t need a mortgage and can even be flexible on closing date. Homes are not staying on the market for long, so there isn’t much to show. Still, I found 8 homes to show them. Two were not yet on the market, 2 were just listed , 2 had been on and remained unsold, and 2 were temporarily taken off the market, but the sellers allowed the REALTOR to give us access. The one that will likely be the best fit, the seller wouldn’t allow a showing. It can be frustrating for buyers. Remaining persistent while being patient and creative in your approach is the key to success! Stay tuned on this one. I have a good feeling about it!
