Chicago Events September 16-19 include viewing the lifting of the bridges on the Chicago River which only happens 40 times all summer long – on Wednesdays ad Saturdays. There’s also Riot Fest in Douglas Park, a Guru Photo Exhibition in Bridgeport, Taco Fest in Roscoe Village, the Green Tie Ball Tuxedos & Tennis Shoes, and Halfway to St Patrick’s Day at the Irish American Heritage Center in Avondale.
