Restorative Yoga Sound Bath with Namastate of Mind & Busy Body Retreats

September 27, 2025 @ 8:30 am - 9:30 am

Slow down, soften, and reconnect in one of Chicago’s most peaceful outdoor spaces. This Wellness Series event is a collaboration between Busy Body Retreats and the Lincoln Park Conservancy, presented by Mullen Circle Brand.
Join Shay Antunez of Namastate of Mind for a deeply nurturing all-levels restorative yoga practice, accompanied by a live sound bath led by Anna Romo of Busy Body Retreats.
Together, you’ll be guided through gentle postures supported by props, while the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and nature itself wash over you – helping you release tension, calm the nervous system, and fully surrender into relaxation.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed – this practice is accessible for everyone, and all are welcome.
The Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool will be closed to the public until 9:30am, creating a private and serene experience surrounded by water, trees, and birdsong. The main entrance on Fullerton Ave will close at 8:40am to preserve this intimate setting.
What to bring:
Yoga mat
Blanket (highly encouraged)
Pillow or bolster (optional, for extra comfort)
Water
Comfortable layers – you’ll be resting and staying still for portions of the class
Come as you are. You’ll leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and restored – body, mind, and spirit.
